The Junior Singles Tennis League promotes
local match play in the form of a challenge ladder. Our objective
for the junior league is to develop responsibility and initiative on
the players part. The league is designed to transition junior
players from recreational play to a competitive level.
Most of our Children play in the Towne
Lake area of Woodstock, GA and surrounding communities. If you feel that you live outside
of this area, please contact us for more information
Juniors can play 2
out of 3 sets*
$15.00 per child
$10.00 for Each Additional
child within a Family

Ladders will be played with
minimum of 8 players. If there are not 8 players by end of
registration, players can opt to play, be refunded, or wait if
extended
The Junior players
may or may not have
participated in team tennis. Players
should be able to serve fairly consistently, keep score without
monitoring, know the basic rules of tennis and sustain a short
rally. Singles play, practice, & lessons will help but is not
necessary. Juniors will be placed on the ladder according to
abilities.
We have discontinued the beginner
ladder.
Most Coaches recommend that players
have a match a week based on the 1/3,1/3,1/3 theory. That means 1/3
of your matches should be with opponents at a higher level than you,
1/3 at the same level, and 1/3 at a lower level. The Challenge
Ladder offers you the perfect opportunity to play those matches!
